We are on vehicle #4 purchased through Danyelle at HARR. I can't say enough good, things about how Danyelle and the rest of the team make things such a seamless and low-stress experience. Danyelle isn't your typical "pushy salesman", she is very willing to listen to your wants and expectations, and will deliver those to you the best she can! She has done this for us 4 times over. We won't ever buy a vehicle from anyone, or anywhere else. Management and finance staff are also top notch here! ((Thank you to manager Kevin for your help last week!!)) Recently we had purchased another Two vehicles from Danyelle at Harr dodge. I was in a lease, told her i wanted a 2500 Ram, with very specific interior requests. Just got delivery of our pre owned 2022 Dodge Charger. Jared Alston and the team there were great. Very attentive and communicative. Paid attention to details. Didn’t feel any unwanted pressure. I live a couple of hours away and they even sent a runner to deliver the car. Jared even reached out to me the day his son was born to check on me and update me on the car! How’s that for service?! Jarred Austin sales agent is everything you hope will be when it comes to buying a car. Always was upfront and honest from the start and went beyond to make sure I had a reliable car within the price range I asked for with all the features I wanted. Jarred Never forced me into anything just to make a sale. Not only did he work hard making sure I was approved and satisfied with the options but he always called me right back when it came to answering any questions I had. I have to say I was nervous going through a dealership especially being a single women and had already went through a bad experience buying my 1st car with toyata mcgee I decided to take a chance on harr and so pleased I did. From the moment I walked in the door nothing but the most welcoming experience, where jarred made me feel they actually care. Harr doesn't work off commissions they work hourly and bonuses and they're mission is keeping they're customers happy and coming back thats exactly what they did for me.
